We accept returns or exchanges on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that sale items, bundles, and limited edition products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

To start a return, just send us a message at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. You'll be responsible for return postage, so we recommend using a tracked service.
