We understand—sometimes things don’t work out.

If you’d like to return an item, you have 30 days from the date you received it. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

How to return:

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

2. Package up your item securely.

3. Send it to the return address provided in our reply using a tracked service of your choice.

Please note:
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service as we can’t be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds:

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s processed.
