How do I update or cancel my order?

If you’ve just placed your order and something’s not quite right, email us at [email protected] as soon as you can. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it for you. Once it’s on its way, we won’t be able to

Can I apply a discount code?

Yep! You’ll see a field to enter your discount code at checkout. Just pop it in before paying. Only one discount code can be used per order, and some codes may not stack with other promotions.

I forgot to use my discount code—can you add it?

We get it—it happens. If you forgot to apply your discount code, just drop us a message at [email protected] and we’ll see if we can help. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we might be able to apply it retroactively.

My payment didn’t go through. What should I do?

First, double-check your card details and available balance. If it still doesn’t work, try a different payment method or contact your bank. Still stuck? Email us—we’ll help you figure it out.

How do I know if my order was successful?

You’ll get an order confirmation email straight away. If you don’t see it, check your junk or spam folder (they like hiding there sometimes). Still no luck? Email us and we’ll resend it.

Can I get a receipt or invoice for my order?

Absolutely. Your order confirmation email acts as your receipt, but if you need a formal invoice, just email us at [email protected] and we’ll send one over.
